Award-winning Jazz singer SACHA BOUTROS returns to Hollywood from Paris with her new show MUSIC IS MY LANGUAGE; a riveting journey through jazz arrangements of popular music from around the world. Only at Catalina Jazz Club, Hollywood. LIVE! Thurs, June 27th at 8:30pm. Dinner begins at 7:00pm. Speaking in 6 languages and singing in 14 Sacha puts on a fun show with favorites from Dalida, Sinatra, Nancy Wilson, Mina, Barbra Streisand, Elton John, Gilbert Becaud and her own compositions. Reworked classics with a Latin touch such as Salsa in French and borderless music with fantastic rhythms including RnB, pop, bebop and traditional jazz. A truly gifted singer who sings in four and half octaves and breaks the boundaries of genres elevating the listener to a joyful listening state with laughter and an electrifying show of just plain great music. Ms. Boutros sextet features Kevin Flournoy (piano), John B. Williams (bass), and Roy McCurdy (drums), percussion and trumpet.
